After becoming  a mother to a very active kiddo,  Tagan saw the need to develop fast family meals on the go… and maybe a half gallon of homemade margaritas to go with them.  She started The Gypsy Kit Food Truck in 2012 and hasn’t looked back since. Tagan and her amazing crew have won multiple competitions over the years, opened a few different concepts and have now returned back to their roots, BAD ASS Tacos.
